WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN?
Official hotel check-in time is at 3:00 p.m. If you arrive earlier and the room is available, we will be happy to check you in early. If your room is not available, your belongings will be securely guarded at the front desk until your room is ready, so you and your family can explore the resort. If your vacation is an all inclusive package, you and your family will receive a wristband when you arrive, so you can start enjoying the all inclusive benefits immediately.
